I-9 Employers Handbook
As an Employer you must complete the Form I-9 every time you hire any person to perform labor or services in return for wages or other remuneration. This requirement applies to everyone hired after November 6, 1986. The attachment below is the Handbook for Employers, Instructions for Completing the Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification Form).
